House Of Kingfisher – General Booking, Ordering & Service Information

House Of Kingfisher provides bespoke garments, creative services, fashion consultancy, productions, residencies, workshops, events and related experiences.

As many of our products and services are tailored specifically to individual clients, projects and requirements, the details of each order may vary. For this reason, specific timelines, deliverables, payment schedules, revisions, production requirements and service expectations will be agreed directly with the client and confirmed in writing before work begins.

By placing an order, booking a service, paying a deposit, or engaging House Of Kingfisher for any project, you acknowledge and agree to the information outlined on this website together with any written quotations, invoices, proposals, agreements or project documentation provided to you.

Bespoke Orders

All bespoke and handmade garments are created specifically for the client. As a result, bespoke orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once production has commenced unless the item is found to be faulty.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all measurements, specifications, design choices and information supplied to House Of Kingfisher are accurate before production begins.

Deposits & Payment Plans

All deposits are non-refundable and secure your place within our production schedule, event programme or service calendar.

Where a payment plan has been agreed, all instalments must be paid on the dates confirmed at the time of booking.

If a client fails to make an agreed payment and no communication is received within three (3) days of the due date, House Of Kingfisher reserves the right to cancel the order, project or booking. In such circumstances, any deposit paid will be forfeited and any reserved production or service slot may be released.

Services & Experiences

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients may request a refund for eligible services within 28 days of purchase.

Certain services, event bookings, consultancy sessions, workshops, residencies, or projects that have already commenced may not be eligible for a refund. This will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Product Representation

We make every effort to accurately represent our garments, products and services through photography, video and written descriptions. Due to differences in screens, lighting conditions, materials and handmade production processes, slight variations may occur.

Delivery & Timelines

Estimated completion and delivery dates are provided in good faith. As many of our services involve handmade production, third-party suppliers and creative collaboration, timelines may occasionally change. Where possible, clients will be informed of any significant delays.

Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, imagery, written content and creative materials produced by House Of Kingfisher remain the intellectual property of House Of Kingfisher unless otherwise agreed in writing.
