Returns & Refund Policy

Bespoke & Handmade Garments

Due to the custom-made nature of our handmade and bespoke garments, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any bespoke, made-to-order, or customised items unless the product is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, specifications, and requirements provided at the time of ordering are accurate.

Deposits & Payment Plans

All deposits are strictly non-refundable. A deposit secures your order, production slot, or service booking and confirms your commitment to proceed with the agreed purchase.

Where a payment plan has been agreed, all instalments must be paid on the dates specified at the time of booking. Failure to make an agreed payment may result in delays to production, delivery, or the provision of services.

If a client pays a deposit but fails to make their first instalment payment by the agreed due date, and no communication has been received within three (3) days of that due date, the deposit will be forfeited. In such circumstances, Kingfisher reserves the right to cancel the order, release any reserved production or booking slot, and make it available to other clients.

Any exception to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Kingfisher and must be agreed in writing.

Services

For all services purchased through our website, including but not limited to consultations, workshops, training, memberships, events, and other non-garment services, customers may request a refund within 28 days of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within the 28-day period. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with details and supporting photographs where applicable. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
